Terms of Service

Projects are quoted at a fixed price before work begins. Kickoff deposits are credited in full to your project and refundable within 7 days of payment if we haven't started work. Split payments fall due on launch day; paid-in-full projects receive a 10% discount.

You own everything we build for you — code, design and content — on final payment. We include two weeks of post-launch fixes at no charge.
